This Sunday we'll be celebrating all of our wildlife fathers, like the famous Kevin at Edwardes Lake by planting for them.

Some of you may have plans, some may not, but if you'd like to join us on country surrounded by nature to create more habitat for our local wildlife we'll have plenty of plants needing to be planted.

We'll be planting near the brick dock, just behind the athletics track, where the path from the athletics track toilets meets the walking track around the lake. Look for the aqua Friends of Edwardes Lake tent.

If you do wish to participate in the planting, please sure that you;

1. Bring your own gloves

2. Wear suitable sturdy, closed toed shoes, long sleeves and long pants

3. Are sun smart with a hat, protective clothing and sunscreen.

4. Register your details on the QR code when you arrive (name, email address and phone number) for insurance purposes
